Lanco Group is seeking a QA/QC Manager in Doha for a 6 Month to 1 Year engagement to lead and coordinate QA/QC activities on civil construction projects. The role requires strong leadership to drive quality plans, procedures and standards on site.

Ideal candidates will have 10–12+ years in quality on construction projects, IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, and valid UPDA registration, with excellent English communication. Immediate joiners with QID are welcome.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10–12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in the quality function on construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate QA/QC teams and activities of moderate size and complexity.
• Experience in developing quality plans, procedures, and technical standards for projects.
• Able to independently handle complex quality assignments and audits.
• Excellent communication skills in English — written and spoken.
• IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent.
• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Valid UPDA Registration — mandatory.
• Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
