Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

Responsibilities

• Track progress of all active projects.
• Monitor timelines and deadlines.
• Follow up daily with team on tasks.
• Ensure on-time deliverables.
• Schedule and conduct regular project briefings.
• Update trackers and status reports.
• Identify delays, risks, bottlenecks; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate inter-department communication.
• Monitor client feedback and address comments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Ensure clear next steps and actions.
• Support management in maintaining efficient workflows.
