Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful management of complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge of office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Highly organized with an eye for detail.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines and ensure that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage all personnel related to the project, including consultants, contractors, vendors, etc.
• Monitor progress against project plans and timelines.
• Track budgets and expenditures related to the project.
• Review progress reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide regular communication to stakeholders about the progress of projects.
• Identify any potential problems or risks associated with the project and develop strategies to address them.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, etc., to ensure that all services are delivered as promised.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the project.
