Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment or related field.
• Proven success in developing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while handling multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Monitor and track progress of projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Communicate with stakeholders on project progress and seek feedback when needed.
• Facilitate meetings with all stakeholders to ensure proper project coordination.
• Establish, document, and maintain project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, timeline, quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates on all assigned projects; identify risks that could negatively affect project performance.
• Implement corrective action plans when needed.
