Job summary

Qatar Foundation International is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate projects for Al Shaqab facilities. The role focuses on ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety across civil, electrical, mechanical, and utilities scopes.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background with 2–5 years of project management experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, capable of mentoring and supporting teams.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects related to Al Shaqab facilities in line with operational requirements.
• Assist in preparing project specifications, scopes of work, and technical requirements.
• Monitor and manage project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with in-house teams and contractors to deliver civil, electrical, mechanical, and utilities projects.
• Support the development and delivery of major projects, including cost estimation and scheduling.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings, proposals, and plans to ensure alignment with operational needs.
