Job summary

HEC Paris, Doha seeks a Program Manager to ensure the seamless, high‑quality delivery of degree programs. You will lead end‑to‑end coordination for in‑person, online, and hybrid formats, aligned with academic requirements and quality standards.

The role requires 8+ years in program, project, or event management in higher education, with outstanding English communication and stakeholder management skills; travel locally and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, education, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of program, project, or event management in higher education or executive education.
• Excellent English communication; strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Coordinate schedules, sessions, learning platforms, facilities, materials, and third-party providers.
• Prepare and distribute official academic documents and communications; support budget tracking and forecasting.
• Monitor quality, manage risks, and escalate significant issues as needed.
• Serve as primary point of contact for participants and faculty; ensure timely, professional communications.
