Job summary

HEC Paris in Qatar is seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of degree programs, coordinating schedules, logistics, and academic administration across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.

You will collaborate with faculty, senior executives, and support teams to ensure high-quality execution, monitoring budgets and driving process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, education, or related field.
• 8+ years in program, project management with external stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication; French and/or Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, learning platforms, facilities, and third-party providers.
• Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, and letters of completion.
• Develop delivery processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor budgets and forecast expenditures; manage invoicing and reporting.
