Job summary

Web Summit in Doha seeks an experienced Production Assistant Manager to bring live events to life. You will manage part of the production, engage with suppliers, department heads and staff, and ensure flawless execution of technical event aspects.

You will contribute to creative and technical problem-solving, assist in cost forecasting, and maintain production schedules while liaising with internal teams. The role requires leadership under pressure and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years proven experience in a production management related capacity.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Vectorworks or REVIT.
• Experience with Excel and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production management for events and ensure delivery of a flawless attendee experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers, department heads, operators, and staff to manage technical aspects of events.
• Assist in developing and managing production budgets and schedules.
• Create and run production schedules with suppliers and internal departments.
• Communicate clearly with clients and external parties and maintain timelines.
