Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Project / Production Supervisor for an upcoming major event in Qatar. The role focuses on on‑site event operations, coordinating with project managers, suppliers, contractors and event teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event production, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage site plans, schedules and operational requirements during build‑up and live event periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Event Supervisor, or similar role.
• Experience on live events, exhibitions, festivals, conferences, or large‑scale event projects.
• Strong understanding of event production and on‑site delivery.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and event teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of event projects and production activities.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with suppliers, contractors, production teams, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with production schedules, timelines, site plans, and operational requirements.
• Monitor on‑site progress and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Coordinate the delivery, installation, setup, and dismantling of event elements as required.
• Conduct regular site checks and report issues, delays, or potential risks to the Project / Production Manager.
• Support the coordination of suppliers and contractors on‑site.
• Ensure production areas and event spaces are prepared according to project requirements.
• Assist with managing event‑day operations and resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate project and production documentation.
• Attend site meetings, production meetings, rehearsals, and event days as required.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, and operational requirements are followed.
• Provide general on‑site support to ensure smooth event delivery

Location: Qatar

Contract Duration: 15 October 2026 – 15 February 2027

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Event Supervisor, or similar role
• Previous experience working on live events, exhibitions, festivals, conferences, or large‑scale event projects
• Strong understanding of event production and on‑site delivery
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, and event teams
• Strong organiser‑ial and communication skills
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure during event build‑up and live event periods
• Must currently be based in Qatar
• Must be available for the full contract period from 15 October 2026 to 15 February 2027
