Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP/SAP/Oracle knowledge is an advantage.
• Based in Qatar or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase requisitions, RFQs, and quotation analysis.
• Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain vendor records, PO tracking, and procurement reports.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery follow-up.
