Job summary

Fusion Outsourcing and Services in Qatar seeks an experienced Process Engineer to lead process support engineering across petrochemical facilities. You will investigate issues, apply root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.

The role focuses on process optimization, risk assessments, and compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective solutions and support plant turnarounds.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in process engineering within the petrochemical industry.
• Experience in simulator modeling for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop detailed process designs and manage engineering packages from concept to startup.
• Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and support training content development.
• Support tender evaluation and vendor selection for chemicals and process equipment.
