Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
CIPP or equivalent Data Privacy certifications preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of data protection and privacy principles.
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and emerging technologies' impact on privacy.
Familiarity with AI, blockchain and privacy governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day privacy operations, including handling complaints and inquiries.
Review Personal Data Management Systems for compliance with privacy requirements.
Conduct personal data privacy risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
Evaluate requests involving processing of sensitive data and submit recommendations.
Assist with privacy incidents, investigations, and complaint handling.
Support policy compliance and prepare privacy assessment reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to raise privacy awareness and drive improvements.
Prepare documentation and reports related to privacy assessments and investigations.
