Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a Maintenance Planning professional to oversee site maintenance for vehicles and heavy equipment across multiple sites. You will plan preventive maintenance, keep accurate records, and coordinate with site supervisors to minimize downtime and maximize machine readiness.

Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP, and solid organizational skills are required to allocate resources efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance planning for vehicles and heavy equipment.
• ERP experience, SAP functional skills preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with site supervisors for breakdowns and site maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing preventive maintenance of all vehicles and heavy equipment; maintaining maintenance records.
• Monitoring maintenance across sites for all machines at regular intervals; coordinating with site supervisors for breakdowns.
• Notable working conditions: physical ability to lift and carry items, climb ladders, bend, and work around wood dust and fumes.

Planning and supervising all Project (Site) related activities including corrective and preventive maintenance of machines, tools and equipment, as well as providing technical support to maintain machinery related to construction operations such as scaffolding, excavation, cranes and tower cranes etc.

Job Responsibilities 1

Planning and executing of preventive maintenance of all vehicles and heavy equipment's.Maintaining the records of all maintenance.Monitoring the maintenance in all sites for all machines at regular intervals.Follow-up and coordinates with our site supervisors for all site breakdowns

NOTABLE WORKING CONDITIONS : Physical ability to lift and carry items , climb and work from ladders if required, bend, stoop and work around wood dust and fumes and in inclement weather.
