Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Planner to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. You will monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and prepare dashboards and progress reports in coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of planning experience in large-scale projects, and strong skills in Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably for large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel; strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against baselines; identify delays, risks, and critical activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align with milestones.
• Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
• Support resource planning, look-ahead schedules, and progress forecasting.
• Assist in preparing project reports, progress presentations, and contractual schedule submissions.
