Job summary

NES Fircroft in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Planning Coordinator to oversee aircraft maintenance planning across Line and Base Maintenance, prepare and issue maintenance work packages, and track scheduled tasks to ensure timely completion.

You will liaise with Planning Engineers, Maintenance Teams and Engineering departments, monitor material, tooling and manpower requirements, support AMP data and records, and help drive improvements while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning or aviation operations.
• Familiarity with TRAX or similar maintenance management systems.
• Understanding of AMP, AD, and EO processes.
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities
