Job summary

PPL Dynamics seeks a Planning Coordinator in Doha, Qatar. The role involves organizing maintenance planning activities across production, fleet and maintenance programmes, and ensuring accurate TRAX data and records.

This is a 12-month contract with potential extension based on project scope. Strong attention to detail and coordination skills are essential to maintain regulatory compliance and on-time maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer maintenance check work packages.
• Follow up maintenance checks.
• Compile AMP amendments and update TRAX under guidance.
• Update aircraft technical log data in TRAX.
• Update aircraft/engines component transactions in TRAX.
• Ensure aircraft records are archived and maintained per regulators and company requirements.

Job description

Position : Planning Coordinator

Contract : 12 months (extension as per Project scope)

Job Purpose:

Work in one of the following sub sections: Production Planning, Fleet Planning, Aircraft Maintenance Programme and Technical Records. Organize and administer maintenance check work packages, maintenance checks follow up, compiling AMP amendments / updating TRAX under the guidance of Planning Engineer, update aircraft technical log data in TRAX, update aircraft/engines component transactions in TRAX, ensure aircraft records are archived and maintained in accordance with regulatory authority and company requirements.
