Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced piping supervisor to lead a team of pipefitters in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and adherence to specifications.

Key duties include coordinating schedules, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards while communicating effectively with clients, engineers, and trades. Prior supervisory experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of pipefitters providing training guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Plan coordinate and oversee piping projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required specifications.
• Inspect piping installations and repairs to ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to determine the layout and specifications of piping systems.
• Develop work schedules for piping staff assigning tasks based on project needs and team members skills and availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients engineers and other trades ensuring clear communication regarding project progress issues and changes.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during piping installations or repairs including troubleshooting and providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed including project timelines materials used and any changes to project scope.
• Ensure that all piping work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations promoting a culture of safety among team members.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of piping tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
