Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced piping supervisor to lead a team of pipefitters in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and adherence to specifications.

Key duties include coordinating schedules, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards while communicating effectively with clients, engineers, and trades. Prior supervisory experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient in pipefitting techniques (cutting, threading, welding).
• Experience supervising piping projects and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of pipefitters providing guidance and support for high-quality workmanship.
• Plan and oversee piping projects from start to finish to meet time and budget targets.
• Inspect piping installations to ensure code compliance and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine layouts and specs.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks based on project needs and staff availability.
• Serve as main contact for clients and engineers to communicate progress and changes.
• Identify and resolve issues during installations or repairs with effective solutions.
• Maintain records of work performed, timelines, materials, and scope changes.
• Promote a culture of safety and oversee tools and equipment maintenance.
