Job summary

Qatar Living is seeking an experienced QC Inspector – Piping for Ras Laffan, Qatar. Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering background, relevant certifications, and a minimum of five years of GCC experience focused on quality control inspections of piping systems.

Responsibilities include inspecting metallic and non-metallic piping, verifying conformance to drawings and specifications, maintaining inspection records, and coordinating with site teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years GCC experience with quality control inspections.
• Experience inspecting metallic and non-metallic piping systems.
• Ability to read piping drawings and relevant inspection documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QC inspections of metallic and non-metallic piping materials and installations.
• Ensure piping work complies with drawings, specs and quality requirements.
• Review material IDs, conditions and QA/QC documentation; maintain reports.
• Identify defects, report findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams to resolve issues.
• Support piping testing activities and complete inspection documentation.
• Follow project quality procedures and site safety requirements.
