Job summary

Airswift is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to be based in Doha, Qatar, working with a major Oil & Gas company. The role requires extensive QC oversight on pipelines and piping systems, including exotic materials, with a focus on compliance and integrity management.

Mandatory certifications (BGAS Grade 2, NACE II, CSWIP 3.2, AWS-SCWI, ASNT NDT II) and 10–15 years of related experience are expected, ideally including GCC exposure and heavy construction QC duties.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma with QC experience in a multidisciplinary construction environment.
• Formal QC training and membership in a recognized chartered or other professional institution preferred.
• Mandatory certifications include BGAS Grade 2, NACE II, CSWIP 3.2, AWS-SCWI, and ASNT NDT II.
• Experience: 10+ years for graduates and 15+ years for diploma holders in Oil & Gas QC roles.
• GCC experience is desirable; exposure to CRA Clad/Lined Pipelines and exotic materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC activities on CRA clad/lined pipelines and piping equipment.
• Coordinate with contractor personnel in multidisciplinary Oil & Gas projects.
