Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist payroll, benefits, compliance and employment law administration.
• Prepare employment contracts and related documents for new staff.
• Handle staff movements: new hires, promotions and resignations.
• Oversee licensing and government contacts to extend and register hotel licenses.
• Support performance appraisals and staff relations programs.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy and mobility processes.
