Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Payment Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end payment operations team and coordinate with business and IT stakeholders. The role acts as the bridge between business, IT and banking partners while managing escalations and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in payment operations or financial services, 3–5 years in leadership, and relevant ERP/payment platform experience, with degrees in finance or business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CIMA, or CPA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Payment Team, providing direction and support
• Oversee payment processing, reconciliation, reporting and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal departments Finance, IT, Taxpayer Services and external stakeholders banks, vendors
• Monitor SLA compliance and manage escalations
• Prepare and present periodic performance and risk reports
