Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Payment Operations Manager (Team Lead) onsite in Qatar. You will lead the end-to-end payment operations team, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders and managing escalations for senior leadership.

The role requires 7–10 years in payment operations, 3–5 years in leadership, and strong expertise in payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting. A related bachelor’s degree is essential, with professional certifications considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CIMA, or CPA are advantageous.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Payment Team, providing direction and support.
• Oversee payment processing, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Taxpayer Services and external banks/vendors.
• Monitor SLA compliance and manage escalations.
• Prepare and present periodic performance and risk reports.
