Job summary

EliteHosts in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a Pastry Chef to create and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts and baked goods, collaborating with the head chef to develop new menu items and ensure top quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry and a creative approach to flavors, with strong leadership to train staff.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with inventory responsibilities and strict health and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Creative approach to flavor combinations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Experience in inventory management and cost control.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
