Job summary

WaveSolutions in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to design and prepare desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our five-star hotel guests. You will lead the pastry team and ensure every creation meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing seasonal desserts, testing new recipes, managing inventory, training staff, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training.
• Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and flavor combinations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Our five-star hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts pastries and other baked goods for our guests You will also oversee the pastry kitchen staff and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
