Job summary

247 Charters Tours and Travels in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced professional to assist clients with outbound travel planning, bookings, and visa support. You will prepare itineraries and travel packages, coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and suppliers, and ensure accurate records while delivering excellent service.

The role requires knowledge of visa rules, strong organization, and fluency in Arabic and English. A tourism-related degree is preferred and candidate residence in Qatar is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outbound travel experience in Doha, Qatar.
• Arabic and English fluency (written and spoken).
• Experience processing tourist visa applications for multiple destinations.
• Experience preparing holiday packages and coordinating group travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking outbound travel arrangements.
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel packages based on client requirements.
• Plan and coordinate individual and group travel for leisure, corporate, and special interest groups.
• Provide end-to-end visa assistance, including document verification and submission guidance.
• Process visa applications while ensuring compliance with destination-specific requirements.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, and passport validity.
