Define the City OS product vision roadmap and value proposition Align product strategy with smart city and organizational objectives Identify new capabilities integrations and service opportunities Conduct market and technology research

Product Planning Roadmap

Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog Prioritize features based on value impact and feasibility Define product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams

Stakeholder Ecosystem Management

Engage with government entities operators and partners Gather user and stakeholder requirements and feedback Coordinate with vendors and technology providers Support adoption and onboarding of platform users

Delivery Lifecycle Management

Work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation Oversee testing release planning and deployment readiness Monitor product performance and user adoption Drive continuous product improvement
