Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Technical Manager in Software Project Management to bridge business requirements with hands‑on delivery within the Smart City domain. You will lead CI/CD, manage offshore engineering teams, and coordinate with urban operators to shape and execute complex cross‑domain projects.

The role covers GIS-centric system integration, real‑time data flows, and DevOps governance across multiple platforms, including ESB, REST/SOAP APIs, and containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• 5 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years leading distributed or offshore teams.
• Experience in IoT, GIS, and Smart City infrastructure domains preferred.
• Strong REST/SOAP integration and enterprise system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• DevOps pipeline management and CI/CD governance for the core system.
• Release deployment coordination with overseas development teams.
• Quality assurance through automated and manual testing of new modules.
• Requirement gathering through workshops with local operators and domain experts.
