Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM support specialist for a 3-day on-site client engagement in Doha, Qatar. You will own day-to-day support, act as a primary contact for business users, and ensure smooth operation of the SCM environment.

Responsibilities include managing tickets, investigating issues, coordinating with stakeholders, guiding a small team, and driving minor enhancements and continuous improvement to optimise the Oracle Fusion SCM solution.

Qualifications

• Ability to take ownership of support activities while maintaining service quality and SLA commitments.
• Investigate functional issues.
• Coordinate directly with business stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to a small support team.
• Contribute to minor enhancements, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help to optimise the Oracle Fusion SCM solution.
• Strong hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Experience across areas such as Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning.
• Ticket and incident management.
• Strong business stakeholder communication.
• Experience guiding or supporting a small team.
• Enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of SLAs and service delivery.
