Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Architect specializing in Maintenance Cloud to drive solution design, governance, and implementation across Oracle Maintenance Cloud and Oracle SCM Cloud.

You will lead design of asset management, maintenance work orders, inventory processes, and integrations with OIC, APIs, and Oracle Fusion. Strong stakeholder management and 10+ years IT delivery experience are required, with 5+ years in Oracle Maintenance Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Maintenance Cloud experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Proven expertise in solution architecture, asset management, maintenance work orders, and inventory processes.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), API-based integrations, and Oracle Fusion integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture governance for Oracle Maintenance Cloud and Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Design asset structures, asset management, and preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Define and govern maintenance work-order processes.
• Design inventory processes supporting maintenance and SCM operations.
• Manage application security roles, access controls, and governance requirements.
• Define operational analytics, dashboards, and management reporting requirements.
• Design integrations with Oracle Fusion applications, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and external systems.
• Support integrations with mobile applications and IoT platforms.
• Review technical designs to ensure compliance with approved architecture.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate requirements and ensure best practices.
