Job summary

Ridango is the software operating system of choice for public transportation providers globally, specialising in automated fare collection, real-time passenger information, vehicle location, and data intelligence. We are hiring a Technical Account Manager to represent our technology on the ground for a Gulf region customer.

You will be the technical focal point for the client authority, operators, and local stakeholders, owning service delivery, escalation ownership, and technical continuity

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or customer-facing role within ITS or transit tech.
• Ability to own escalations and SLAs and drive resolution.
• Experience managing third-party/vendor relationships and coordinating on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single technical point of contact for the client, operators, and local stakeholders on all technical matters.
• Own service-level attainment and accountability for it.
• Own escalations and drive them through to resolution.
• Coordinate with Support & Configuration and escalate to Engineering when needed.
