Job summary

Egis Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented ITS Asset Manager (Roads O&M) to coordinate between ITS operations and asset management. You will capture, structure, analyze, and translate data from road control centers, tunnels, networks, and control systems into actionable asset insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining asset registers, developing maintenance strategies, and delivering dashboards and reports for internal and client use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in infrastructure operations & maintenance or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles and lifecycle planning.
• Experience with ITS systems, control centers, SCADA/ATMS, and critical IT infra.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data from RCC/TCC, networks, and control systems for asset management.
• Develop maintenance strategies and lifecycle planning in collaboration with experts.
• Maintain asset register, hierarchy, and classification per contract requirements.
• Analyze maintenance data and translate into asset performance indicators.
• Prepare asset performance reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Ensure data integrity in EAMS and proper asset tagging.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
