Job summary

Anabolic Mechanics is seeking a hands-on 3D Modeling & 3D Printer Operator for an on-site role in Qatar. You will take ideas from digital models through printing, testing, and refinement of physical parts, working hands-on with rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing.

The role involves preparing, printing, calibrating, and post-processing parts, with a focus on quality and iterative design. Strong CAD/print skills and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D modeling/CAD software and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience operating 3D printers and preparing prints.
• Understanding of slicing software and printing materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues.
• Comfort with tools, machines and physical prototypes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prints.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models for prototyping and production.
• Prepare models for printing, including slicing and setup.
• Operate and monitor 3D printers and perform calibrations.
• Troubleshoot failed prints and improve print quality.
• Post-process and finish printed components.
• Assist with rapid prototyping and product development.
