Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team in Doha on an urgent basis. You will operate digital printing and fabrication machinery, prepare print-ready files, and perform finishing works for branding events and signage.

You will prepare substrates, inks and materials, run tests, calibrate colours, and carry out routine maintenance while coordinating with designers and project managers to ensure precise, high-quality production under tight

Qualifications

• Must hold a technical diploma or certification in printing related fields.
• Proven hands-on experience with digital print and fabrication machinery.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; basic InDesign is a plus.
• Familiarity with RIP software and print production workflows.
• Strong colour management and print quality control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printers (UV, solvent, latex) and finishing equipment.
• Prepare substrates, inks, and materials per job specs.
• Run tests, adjust alignment, sizing, and colour accuracy.
• Perform cutting, laminating, mounting, routing, and assembly tasks.
• Coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain production records and monitor material usage.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to HSE and production quality requirements.
