Job summary

Total Safety in Qatar is seeking an experienced Safety Planner for our Oil & Gas operations team. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting a strong safety culture on site.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Safety Technicians, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining records in SAP and other systems. NEBOSH certification and 3+ years in safety are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate is required.
• 3+ years of Occupational Health & Safety experience.
• 1+ year experience in Oil & Gas field.
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Technical Planner/Scheduler.
• Strong understanding of Safety Technician roles & responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Safety Technicians to ensure timely PM tasks.
• Monitor and track performance measures related to maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records using SAP and other business systems.
• Support audits and inspections related to safety readiness.
