Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide project, program, and portfolio governance for the organization.
• Monitor performance metrics, including SPI and CPI, across all contracting projects.
• Oversee Earned Value analysis, asset valuation, and billing performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide field-based executive insights.
• Consolidate reports and develop dashboards for COOs and the Group CEO.
• Drive risk management, change control, and compliance across the portfolio.
• Lead strategic portfolio prioritization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams and instill a culture of accountability and excellence.
