Hirewand seeks an experienced Project Manager Oil & Gas (EPC) in Qatar to lead major EPC projects from award through handover. You will guide engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning while coordinating with clients, vendors and cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in Oil & Gas project execution, strong EPC contract knowledge, and proven leadership across diverse, international teams in the Middle East.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 20+ years of overall experience in Oil & Gas project execution.
• At least 57 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in downstream or midstream EPC projects in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, including LSTK and reimbursable models.
• Good understanding of regional EPC practices and project challenges.
• Experience working with international clients and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, IEC, and ISO standards.
• Pipeline project experience will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EPC projects from project award to final handover.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Plan project work, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and time goals.
• Manage contracts, including LSTK and reimbursable models.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify project risks and take action to avoid delays and extra costs.
• Ensure work meets client needs and industry codes and standards.
