EMP GoWIN Global in Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Oil & Gas (EPC) to lead major EPC projects from award to handover, guiding engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.

The role requires 20+ years in Oil & Gas project execution, with 5–7 years as PM, and proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, safety and client relations across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 20+ years of overall Oil & Gas project execution experience.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in downstream or midstream EPC projects in the Middle East.
• Knowledge of EPC contracts, including LSTK and reimbursable models.
• Familiarity with API, ASME, IEC, and ISO standards.
• Pipeline project experience will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead EPC projects from project award to final handover.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Plan project work, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and time goals.
• Manage contracts, including Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) and reimbursable models.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify project risks and take action to avoid delays and extra costs.
• Ensure work meets client needs and industry codes and standards.
• Lead teams from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Oversee project progress and provide clear updates to senior leaders and clients.
