EMP GoWIN Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Oil & Gas (EPC) in Qatar to lead major EPC projects from inception to handover. You will guide design, purchasing, construction, testing, and commissioning while coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in Oil & Gas project execution and 5-7 years in a PM role, with demonstrated EPC experience in downstream or midstream projects in the Middle East and strong knowledge of LSTK and

Qualificações

• 20+ years of overall experience in Oil & Gas project execution.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in downstream or midstream EPC projects in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, including LSTK and reimbursable models.
• Pipeline project experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EPC projects from project award to final handover.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Plan project work, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and time goals.
• Manage contracts, including Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) and reimbursable models.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Identify project risks and take action to avoid delays and extra costs.
• Ensure work meets client needs and industry codes and standards.
• Lead teams from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Oversee project progress and provide clear updates to senior leaders and clients.
