Job description

The Chief EPMO Officer leads and governs enterprise-wide project, program, and portfolio management for Power International Holding. The role is the central oversight function for all contracting projects, ensuring delivery on time, within cost, and to quality standards.

Operating at the intersection of operational teams and senior leadership, the Chief EPMO Officer consolidates project status across all active contracts and escalates risks, issues, and critical decisions to senior management for timely intervention. The role strengthens delivery performance through data-driven decision-making, risk resilience, cost efficiency, resource optimization, and digital transformation of project operations.

The role requires regular engagement with project sites across multiple countries and the ability to translate complex project data into actionable insights for executives, ensuring on-ground realities are understood and factored into strategic decisions.

Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory for this role. Candidates without relevant Oil & Gas experience will not be considered.
