Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of import/export processes is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Customs Service with administrative tasks for import/export and clearance.
• Review shipment documents for completeness (invoices, packing lists, permits).
• Assist with data entry, filing, and system updates; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with customs colleagues to follow up on documents and approvals.
• Prepare simple reports, trackers, and status updates for internal use.
• Learn and apply standard customs clearance procedures and company guidelines.
• Escalate missing information or discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of shipment and customer data.
