Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking experienced Surface Well Testing Supervisors and Chief Operators to support offshore Qatar campaigns. You will oversee well testing operations on offshore facilities, lead rig-up and testing activities, and ensure compliance with HSE and client procedures to maintain safe, efficient operations.

This role requires hands-on SWT experience, familiarity with major contractors, and the ability to work in rotational offshore assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Surface Well Testing operations.
• Offshore well testing experience required.
• Familiar with offshore permit-to-work systems and HSE requirements.
• Ability to work in rotational offshore assignments.
• Experience with SLB (Schlumberger) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee SWT operations onboard offshore facilities and drilling units.
• Lead rig-up, commissioning, testing, and demobilization activities.
• Monitor test data and parameters to optimize well performance.
• Ensure compliance with client procedures and HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate operation logs and test records.
