Job summary

North Oil Company in Doha, Qatar seeks a senior Reliability Engineer to lead improvement initiatives across offshore and onshore assets. You'll analyze failures, develop prevention plans and drive reliability data reporting using SAP S4Hanna PM and RAM tools.

The role requires a strong background in RCA, life analysis, MTBF/MTTF calculations, and mentoring peers to enhance maintenance programs while ensuring safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Formal training in reliability engineering tools and techniques.
• Experience with RCA, life analysis and RAM techniques.
• 10+ years in petrochemical/oil & gas maintenance/reliability.

Responsibilities

• Produce reliability improvement recommendations for safety and efficiency.
• Lead RCA investigations and steward resulting actions.
• Create monthly reliability reports from SAP S4Hanna and data sources.
• Coach team on reliability tasks and promote best practices.
• Support offshore/onshore maintenance optimization and planning.
