Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking an Offshore Medic to provide primary emergency medical care aboard the offshore Qatar vessel. The role requires a registered medical professional with offshore certifications and at least 5 years post-qualifying clinical experience, including 2 years as an Offshore Medic in oil & gas.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical qualification and current registration.
• OPITO Offshore Medic certificate (valid).
• BOSIET/ CA-EBS/ HUET / Offshore Medical Certificate.
• ACLS or equivalent.
• 5+ years post-qualification clinical experience; 2+ years offshore medic in oil & gas.
• Experience on marine vessels is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 emergency medical care and primary healthcare.
• Operate vessel medical clinic and manage pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain confidential medical records and pre-embarkation checks.
• Conduct health inspections of galley, storage, and accommodations.
• Deliver first aid and CPR training; lead drills.
• Assist HSE with health campaigns and fatigue monitoring.
• Prepare and submit weekly medical reports.
