A leading global energy services company in Qatar is seeking a Deck Operative/Banksman to support lifting operations, ensure safety compliance, and provide leadership in offshore environments. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in oil and gas and possess necessary certifications, including OPITO Standard. Qualifications

• Graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma.
• Driver certificate (A certificate) issued by a recognized educational institute.
• Experience with at least 10 years in oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lifting operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform maintenance work and optimize loading/unloading of cargo.
