Job summary

Anotech in Qatar is seeking a senior offshore supervisor to oversee completion, workover and well intervention operations including Slickline, E-Line, Coiled Tubing, stimulation and wellhead maintenance. You will lead offshore teams, coordinate service providers and ensure safe, cost-efficient execution in line with approved programs and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ Oil & Gas experience, including 8 years offshore.
• Extensive experience in Completion, Workover and Well Intervention operations.
• Strong knowledge of slickline, E-Line, CT, stimulation and wellhead maintenance.
• Experience supervising service companies and collaborating with Drilling/Production teams.
• Solid HSE awareness and offshore operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rig-based completion and workover operations and rig/rigless well intervention activities.
• Coordinate offshore service companies, personnel, equipment and materials for operations.
• Work with Completion, Workover, Well Intervention, Drilling, Production and HSE teams.
• Conduct PTW, JRA, toolbox talks and pre-job safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HSE standards and Golden Rules.
• Monitor contractor performance for safe, efficient execution.
• Prepare and maintain operational programs, offshore instructions and reports.
• Ensure equipment and materials are mobilized and tracked as planned.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating offshore completion, workover and well intervention operations, including Slickline, E-Line, Coiled Tubing, stimulation and wellhead maintenance activities. Ensures operations are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved programs, company procedures and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise rig-based completion and workover operations and rig/rigless well intervention activities.
• Coordinate offshore service companies, personnel, equipment and materials required for operations.
• Work closely with Completion, Workover, Well Intervention, Drilling, Production and HSE teams.
• Conduct/participate in PTW, JRA, toolbox talks and pre-job safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company CMS, HSE standards and Golden Rules.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Prepare and maintain operational programs, offshore instructions, material requests, tallies and daily reports.
• Ensure required equipment and materials are mobilized, tracked and backloaded as planned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ Oil & Gas experience, including 8 years offshore experience.
• Extensive experience in Completion, Workover and Well Intervention operations.
• Strong knowledge of Slickline, E-Line, Coiled Tubing, stimulation and wellhead maintenance.
• Experience with smart completions, control-line management and complex completion assemblies.
• Experience supervising service companies and working with Drilling and Production teams.
• Strong HSE awareness and offshore operational leadership skills.
• Experience with WellView, SAP and MS Office is an advantage.
• Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention/Drilling, T-BOSIET and H2S certifications.
