Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Night Auditor or similar hospitality role.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Opera accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of all transactions including cash, cards, and room charges.
• Verify guest folios and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily reports of transactions and revenue for management.
• Process late check-ins and early check-outs accurately.
• Protect guest information following proper data procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Monitor hotel systems (phone, internet) to ensure uptime.
