Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or accounting is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions or concerns they may have
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately using the hotel's computer system
• Verify the accuracy of financial transactions from throughout the day, including credit card charges and cash payments
• Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
• Handle any guest complaints or issues with empathy and urgency
• Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area at all times
