Job summary

Confidential is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead transformational, national-scale initiatives in the financial and tax domains. You will oversee multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning digital tax systems, e-invoicing frameworks, legal harmonization, and national stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure outcomes align with national goals and timelines, with accountability for multi-year delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in the financial, tax, or public sectors.
• Preferred experience implementing national financial and tax regulations, including e-invoicing mandates and Tax systems.
• Proven experience in rolling out national agenda projects over multiple years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-year mega projects, ensuring alignment with national priorities.
• Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, and an escalation matrix to address issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of demanding, large-scale projects with coordination across workstreams.
• Oversee the development and implementation of information systems projects (SML) across different sizes.
• Oversee the development and implementation of polices and legislation frameworks to ensure compliance with national tax laws and financial regulations.
• Lead national campaigns designed to increase public awareness of TAX systems and e-frameworks.
