Job summary

Client of Salt seeks an experienced finance transformation consultant to support government-related finance workstreams in Doha, reviewing processes, budgeting, planning, and reporting within a broader transformation project.

You will prepare client-ready presentations, collaborate with stakeholders, and help identify opportunities to improve governance and reporting while delivering clear financial insights in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Public sector/government experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
Understanding of budgeting, planning, reporting, and finance processes.
PowerPoint and presentation-development skills.
Ability to produce clear, professional client-ready presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
CMA/CPA/CFA/MBA or equivalent preferred.
Based in Qatar with valid residency/QID.
Available to work onsite in Doha.

Responsibilities

Support finance and accounting workstreams within a broader transformation project.
Review existing finance processes and contribute to future-state operating model recommendations.
Assist with budgeting financial planning forecasting and management reporting.
Analyze financial data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations reports and client deliverables.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational and financial requirements.
Help identify opportunities to improve finance processes governance and reporting.
Present findings and recommendations to client and management teams.
